Getting Started
What do I need to submit?
A link to your codebase (GitHub, GitLab, or similar).
A clear description of what is not working.
Any relevant errors or screenshots.
If you are not sure, describe the problem in plain language. We will figure it out.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You do not need to know how to code. Just tell us what you expected to happen and what is happening instead.
What if I do not know which pricing option to choose?
Submit your app and we will analyze the issue, define the scope, and recommend the right pricing. You will always see the final price before paying.
Scope and Pricing
What counts as a quick fix?
A quick fix is a single, isolated issue that can be resolved without deep system changes.
This is what we mean by vibe code fixes: small, contained repairs that do not require deep refactoring.
Examples:
- Fix one API route
- Resolve one deployment error
- Fix a UI bug
If your issue is more complex, we will recommend a higher tier before starting.
Can I include multiple issues in one request?
Each tier has a defined scope.
For Quick Fix, you get one issue. Additional small issues can be added starting at $50 each.
If multiple systems are involved, we may recommend upgrading the scope.
Do you build new features?
No. Humanloop is focused on fixing, stabilizing, and shipping existing apps. If you need new features or full builds, we will refer you to our partner team at 1024bytes.
What if my app needs more work than expected?
We will not start work blindly.
Before payment, we define the exact scope and confirm what is included.
If we discover additional work later, we will pause and discuss options before continuing.
Process and Delivery
How long does it take?
Typical timelines:
- Quick Fix: 24-48 hours
- Core Fix: 2-4 days
- Stabilization: 4-7 days
Complex cases may vary, but timelines are always defined upfront.
Will I communicate with the engineer?
You will have a single project chat. You can share access, ask questions, and track progress. We keep communication focused and efficient.
Do I need to stay online or manage the work?
No. Once everything is submitted, we handle the fixes and update you as we go.
What do I receive at the end?
Working, verified fixes.
Updated codebase.
Notes on what was fixed, if needed.
Your app should be ready to run or deploy.
Access and Security
Will you have access to my code?
Only if you grant it.
You control what access is given and when it is revoked.
Is my code safe?
Your code is never reused.
Work is done confidentially.
Access is limited to assigned engineers only.
Can I revoke access anytime?
Yes. You can remove access at any point.
Guarantee and Edge Cases
What if you cannot fix my issue?
If we cannot fix the agreed scope, you do not pay in full.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
We review all work before completion. If something within the agreed scope is not working, we fix it before closing the project.
What if my codebase is completely broken?
We will assess it first.
If it requires a full rebuild or major restructuring, we will recommend moving to 1024bytes for proper execution.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Not as part of a single fix.
You can submit new fixes anytime or request ongoing help separately.
